Charles L. Evans, president/CEO, Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and Wisconsin Lt. Governor Rebecca Kleefisch were the keynote speakers for the WBA Wisconsin Economic Forecast Luncheon. Over 400 attendees enjoyed personally hearing Evans' first scheduled public speech since the Fed raised rates.
