Seminars, Workshops, and Conferences
A refund is provided for written cancelations received by WBA 5 or more business days before the start of a seminar, workshop, or conference.

Schools
A refund is provided for written cancellations received by WBA 10 or more business days before the start of a school. Written cancellations received 5 or more business days, but less than 10 business days before the start of a school, will be refunded at 50 percent.

Webinars and Phone Seminars
A refund is provided for written cancelations received by WBA 2 or more business days before the start of a webinar or phone seminar.

For All WBA Education Programs
All requests for cancellations or substitute registrations must be provided in writing to WBA’s Gretchen Schweiger via e-mail.

Depending upon program prerequisite requirements, another student from the bank may be registered as a replacement for the original student without penalty. 

A registrant who has not paid prior to cancelling will still be responsible for the above described fees and charges and will be invoiced accordingly.

Exceptions to the WBA Education Refund Policy will be made on a case-by-case basis.
