WBA encourages all members to submit their updated salary and benefits data now to participate in the WBA Salary Survey.

Participating member banks will receive a discount for a one-year subscription to the online survey results.  WBA’s processor in Madison is enetrix-A Division of Gallup.  The firm will confidentially process all questionnaires and update the data on a regular basis.

Wage and benefit data is available in 60 different job categories.  What’s more, the Internet-based Salary Survey allows users to create custom survey reports that meet their specific needs.  The web site is secure, ensuring privacy to participating banks.
