| WBA encourages all members to submit their updated salary and benefits data now to participate in the WBA Salary Survey.
Banks that participate in the survey will receive a one-year subscription to the online survey results for just $100, compared to $200 for non-participants. Subscribers may log into the web site at any time and as often as they wish. The WBA processor, enetrix of Madison, will confidentially process all questionnaires and update the data throughout the year.
Wage and benefit data is available in 60 different job categories. What’s more, the Internet-based Salary Survey allows users to create custom survey reports that meet their specific needs. The web site is secure, ensuring privacy to participating banks.
