Ixonia Bank is pleased to announce it has added Alex Hinze to its experienced commercial banking team as vice president of commercial lending.
Hinze brings over 13 years of banking experience, mostly focused in commercial lending with a proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong relationships with his clients. Most recently, he held the position of vice president – commercial relationship manager for a large regional bank.
“Alex is a rising star in the southeast Wisconsin commercial lending community and we are thrilled to add him to our team,” said Greg Larson, CEO of Ixonia Bank. “He has a deep understanding of the local market and is committed to working closely with our clients to customize financing solutions for their unique business needs and objectives.”
Hinze adds “I chose to join Ixonia Bank because of their reputation as a strong family owned bank that’s been around for over 105 years providing top-notch customer service. In my new role, I look forward to serving the community that I reside in by building positive relationships, and helping local small- and medium-sized businesses achieve their goals.”
Hinze is currently serving on the Finance Advisory Board of GPS Education Partners, which addresses the skilled workforce gap and encourages high school students to pursue a trade. Some of his previous experience includes Treasurer of the Lubar School of Business Alumni Chapter and the Milwaukee Regional Chair for the Risk Management Association (RMA) Wisconsin Chapter. He earned his B.S. in criminal justice and M.S. in financial analysis from the Lubar School of Business at UW–Milwaukee.
Hinze currently resides in the Lake Country Area with his wife, two daughters, and dog. In his leisure time, he enjoys rooting for all the local Wisconsin sports teams and staying active by taking advantage of the great outdoors by hiking, running, hunting, golfing, and spending time on the lake.
