Anderson Earns Bank Award for Outstanding Community Service

Kendra Anderson was recently recognized for her exceptional volunteer work, receiving the 2022 Mary L. Staudenmaier WINGS (Worthy Individual Noted for Generous Service) Award. This award was named in honor of The Stephenson National Bank & Trust’s (SNBT) former-chairman and long-time president. Anderson received the award for her consistent dedication to serving her community.
“Her selflessness and commitment to making a positive impact is truly admirable and deserving of this honor,” said Daniel Peterson, SNBT president and CEO. “Kendra’s passion for volunteering is inspiring and makes a positive impact on the Green Bay community. Her efforts have not gone unnoticed and have rightfully earned her the WINGS award for outstanding contributions.”
Anderson, SNBT vice president – business banking officer in Green Bay, was presented with the WINGS Award due to her remarkable level of community service. She pledged 252 volunteer hours to multiple organizations in her community, which include the First Tee of Northeast Wisconsin, where she is chair of the Fundraising Committee and on the Board of Directors; numerous committees for CASA of Brown County; the Altrusa House, where she is on the Board of Directors, Finance Committee, and is secretary of the Board. She also donates her time teaching Financial Literacy through junior achievement.
To recognize her dedication to serving, Anderson received the WINGS plaque, and her name and photograph have been added to the WINGS display in the Marinette and Green Bay locations.
As vice president – business banking, Anderson primarily focuses on overall performance of individual loan portfolios, including growth and quality, seeking new loan customers that meet SNBT standards for growth, safety, profitability, and soundness, and seeking qualified treasury management, trust and investment center referrals, while embracing and actively participating in SNBT’s emerging customer care culture.
