Town Bank is expanding its reach in Milwaukee's city limits with a new full-service branch planned for the near west side.
The financial services company is targeting an April opening date for a new office on the street level of the Catholic Financial Life building at 1100 W. Wells St., said president and CEO Jay Mack. At nearly 1,000 square feet, the new office will be a full-service efficient branch.
Situated on Milwaukee's near west side, the new location is close to a variety of large companies and institutions. But it's also an area within the city that could use more financial services institutions to provide capital, which could help spur more economic activity, Mack said.
Once this new branch opens, Town Bank will have grown from one location to four in the city of Milwaukee in the span of a year. The company this past fall opened a branch in Milwaukee's central city at 4732 W. Lisbon Ave. and it's also planning a mid-2018 opening for a downtown office at 401 E. Kilbourn Ave.
