An increasing number of Wisconsin institutions have reported receiving demand letters from law firms representing disabled clients claiming they were denied access to goods and services in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). If you receive such a letter WBA recommends working with legal counsel to determine if and how to respond. WBA also recommends even if you have not received such a letter that members work with their tech vendor to consider the accessibility of their websites.
If you have received a letter, please consider sending it to WBA's Scott Birrenkott via email.

Also, ABA has resources available to its members on their website as well.
