Waldo State Bank has announced the recent promotion of Derrick W. Hermann to Vice President of Lending. In his position, Hermann manages the lending staff as well as loan compliance while working directly with customers to provide them with a wide array of lending solutions. Hermann has been with the bank since February 2009. He is a 2003 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a 2012 graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a board member of the Wisconsin Bankers Association’s BOLT (Building Our Leaders of Tomorrow) program. Hermann is the President-Elect for the Plymouth Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and sits on the Chamber’s Finance Committee. He serves on the Sheboygan County Board of Realtors and is the Treasurer for the Plymouth Area Ducks Unlimited Chapter. He has served on the Software User’s Committee for FIPCO and held various roles for the Plymouth Rotary Club and what was the Plymouth Ambulance Service. Hermann is a native of Two Rivers and currently resides in Plymouth with his wife Lindsay and their three daughters.
