Recently, WBA staff met with new SBA Regional Administrator Robert Scott to discuss SBA program usage in Wisconsin. In addition to introducing himself, Scott took this opportunity to discuss the SBA 504 and 7a loan programs as well as the program fees associated with the guarantees. The Trump Administration has a goal of growing the amount of loans made through the SBA particularly in rural areas, and also is looking to increase the number of active participating banks by 5 percent.
