Dementia friendly trainer courses for banks is being offered on Sept. 20 in Madison. This free course addresses how to provide quality service to customers who are experiencing memory loss and other cognitive changes. 

The course is provided by the Aging & Disability Resource Center of Dane County in partnership with Dane County Protective Services and the Alzheimer's Association. Banks who have already received and implemented the training will also be sharing their experiences.
