The UW School of Business is hosting the annual Wisconsin Real Estate & Economic Outlook Conference on Oct. 11 at the Fluno Center in Madison. This unique forum will identify, discuss, and provide solutions for a range of affordable, workforce, and new construction single-family challenges limiting housing availability in Wisconsin. They will also delve into issues closer to home, including the impact of Foxconn and driverless cars on infrastructure, the workforce and real estate in Wisconsin.

You will hear from experts from the public and private sectors who are involved in government, business, and academia—all of them are on the front lines of housing market research, policy, and practice. The Conference is co-sponsored by the UW-Madison Graaskamp Center for Real Estate, Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA), State of Wisconsin Department of Commerce and the Wisconsin Realtors Association, and the Wisconsin Bankers Association.
