Fortifi Bank announced that Peter Prickett and Greg Lundberg were appointed to its board of directors.
Prickett’s 35-year banking career includes several financial institutions throughout Wisconsin’s Fox Valley and in Iowa. He is the former president and CEO of First National Bank – Fox Valley located in Neenah, Wis. and served in this role for 10 years. Prickett retired in January 2018 and remains actively involved in the community.
“We are excited to welcome Peter to our bank’s board of directors,” said Eric Cerbins, president and CEO of Fortifi Bank. “His extensive experience and connections in the Fox Valley area will be valuable as we continue growth in that market. We look forward to his contributions.”
Lundberg is Fortifi Bank’s executive vice president and chief lending officer. He also serves as market president for the bank’s Green Bay location, which serves business clients throughout Northeast Wisconsin. Lundberg’s nearly 30 years of banking experience has primarily been in business lending.
“Greg is credited with the opening of our Green Bay location in 2010”, said Cerbins. “He grew from a team of one to its current office of 11 employees. Together, under Greg’s leadership, they operate one of our strongest markets. His skills and insight will be a strong asset to our board.”
Prickett and Lundberg will be elected to the board of directors of the First Berlin Bancorp, Fortifi Bank’s holding company, at the annual shareholder meeting on May 8, 2019.
