Waukesha State Bank has hired David Rosenwald as vice president – commercial banking team lead and Kyle Kees as vice president – commercial banking officer.

Rosenwald holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Carroll University. He has over 25 years of experience, which includes commercial, residential and consumer lending as well as credit administration and management. In his new role as vice president – commercial banking team lead, Rosenwald will be responsible for helping shape the commercial banking department’s sales culture, business development, and market visibility, which includes talent recruitment and coaching, referral relationship development, direct marketing, and commercial loan portfolio management.
Rosenwald is active in the local community serving on the La Casa Foundation board and Carroll University’s President’s Advisory Council. In addition, he volunteers with Brother Bob’s Sport’s Prison Ministry, the Ronald McDonald House, and his local church. He and his family currently reside in Waukesha.
Kees has over 10 years of financial experience specializing in commercial lending and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. In his new role as vice president – commercial banking officer, Kees will be responsible for prospecting, developing and managing commercial loan portfolios. He and his family currently reside in Menomonee Falls.
