Ixonia Bank is pleased to make the following key employee announcements:
Tom Pasch, Vice President of Commercial Lending, has moved from the Ixonia Headquarters to the bank's Watertown-Oakridge Court branch as part of an ongoing commitment by the bank to ensure the business community in Watertown and surrounding area will continue to have a strong local presence for all business and commercial banking needs. He is also heading up the Bank’s Small Business Lending initiative. He currently lives in Watertown with his wife Julie, and their four young daughters. Pasch has been with Ixonia Bank since 2014 and has been in the commercial banking industry for nearly 10 years.
“I look forward to establishing and strengthening relationships in Watertown and the surrounding area. The community has so much opportunity for new and existing businesses,” states Pasch. “There is a solid infrastructure and a huge variety of resources, and when you combine those with a strong supporting cast of commercial lenders at Ixonia Bank that know how to leverage these tools, the potential for success is endless.”
Jim Bence, Assistant Vice President of Retail Lending (NMLS #274485), has relocated his office from Watertown-Oakridge Court to the Ixonia headquarters to replace the vacancy created by Mark Mallow’s recent retirement. Bence has over 29 years of experience in mortgage lending, nearly all of it in the Lake Country area.
Bence is dedicated to helping others achieve homeownership success and is available by appointment to meet outside the bank locations to accommodate customers’ schedules. An Oconomowoc native and current resident, he enjoys spending time with his wife Amy and their three children golfing, bowling, and watching college basketball.
“Tom and Jim both exemplify our company’s highest standards of integrity,” stated Dan Westrope, Chairman & CEO of Ixonia Bank. “They are committed to building relationships and delivering a superior experience to their customers in the markets they serve.”
