Horicon Bank recently announced the promotions of Doreen Hartgerink and Rosemary Petitte to their Senior Management team.
Hartgerink brings over thirty years of experience to her role as she manages the bank’s HR Department, all aspects of HR for 170 employees, and Horicon Bank’s commitment to the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act. She is also a member of the Society of Human Resource Management.
Having recently completed a Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin in Human Resource Management, Hartgerink, “has been instrumental in growing and managing the Human Resource functions of the bank and in improving internal processes and procedures,” said Fred F. Schwertfeger, Horicon Bank President.
As a West Bend native, Petitte started at Horicon Bank in 2011 as the West Bend branch manager, bringing over thirty years of banking experience to her role. Petitte now oversees the Branch Retail managers and recently completed the Executive Leadership course through Graduate School of Banking at UW-Madison.
An active member of the West Bend community, Petitte has been involved in Columns Scholarship Foundation, West Bend Chamber Ambassadors, Downtown West Bend Association., Noon Kiwanis and St. Frances Cabrini School.
“With her involvement in the West Bend community, Rose has been instrumental in our expansion in West Bend and strengthening our team there,” said Schwertfeger.
Schwertfeger says it is the caring attitude of bankers like Hartgerink and Petitte that make Horicon Bank a top place to work.
“Our vision at Horicon Bank is to be bankers who care about our communities, our customers and our associates,” said Schwertfeger. “Doreen and Rose are bankers who do just that.”
