Are you a banking HR professional? Do you need easy to understand, usable, and meaningful compensation and benefits data about Wisconsin’s banking industry?
The Wisconsin Bankers Association is once again partnering with the Management Resources Association (MRA) to provide bankers with unique insights on the Wisconsin banking industry’s pay trends through the 2019 Wisconsin Banking Industry Compensation and Benefits Survey. This is the largest Wisconsin-specific survey for banks containing salary and benefit information for 113 different jobs. In the 2018 report, our data was based on 111 participating financial institutions, representing over 6,600 employees. Included in the report are questions regarding incentives, general and merit increases, employee benefits, board members, and bank turnover. Together with MRA, we are offering this service to maximize survey participation, which, in turn, will provide more comprehensive compensation and benefit information to you, enabling you to make better-informed decisions for your bank.
Beginning Feb. 25 through March 29, your financial institution can help us gather data by taking part in the survey.
Why should you participate?
You’ll save almost 57 percent on the price of the survey results! The most immediate benefit to participation in our survey is preferential pricing, only $195 per participant – that’s $225 cheaper than the cost for non-participating banks. Even more importantly, the more banks that contribute, the more valuable and accurate the final report will be. Knowing the complete picture behind compensation and benefits in the state can be a powerful tool for maintaining and growing your business by enabling you to understand exact expenditures and what changes might be needed to be more competitive! The MRA Dynamic Online Reporting Tool gives you the exact information you need when you want it. If your bank chooses to contribute, you will receive an email from MRA containing the secure survey participation link and you can enter data at any time throughout the participation period.
How does it work?
The 2019 edition of the Wisconsin Banking Industry Compensation and Benefits Survey will be available for purchase upon publication in June. Participants will be notified by WBA via email when the survey report becomes available. Once you purchase the report, you will get a confirmation email. We will then follow up with you to verify your order, email you the PDF version of the report, and then MRA will email you separately with credentials to use the online reporting tools that also come with your purchase. Please note that your survey order will be reviewed prior to fulfillment to ensure that the survey report is delivered to the appropriate individual in your organization. The report will contain wage and salary information for both exempt and nonexempt employees for a wide range of bank employee positions, as well as summary data about employee benefits for different groups of employees.
