Garrett Marr – promoted to First Vice President. Marr joined Bankers’ Bank in 1998 in the investment operations area. In 2000 he moved into the sales and trading area where he spent the last 19 years assisting banks with their investment portfolios. Over that span Marr has developed many successful relationships with his community bank customers. Marr is a graduate of UW Platteville where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics. In 2018 Marr graduated from the Graduate School of Banking in Madison with honors.

Michelle Waldron – promoted to First Vice President. Waldron joined Bankers’ Bank in 2012 as an internal audit officer and was promoted to AVP and senior auditor in 2015. She was then promoted to the newly formed position of Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis, her current position since late in 2016. Prior to joining the Bank, Waldron spent four years with Wipfli LLP CPAs and Consultants performing financial institution audits. Michelle is a graduate of UW Madison where she received her bachelor’s degree in accounting and her masters of accountancy and is a licensed CPA.

Mark Westphal – promoted to Assistant Vice President. Westphal joined Bankers’ Bank in 2002 as a credit analyst and in 2004 assumed responsibility for credit review and management of the Bank’s Federal Funds Credit Lines program. In early 2018, Westphal moved to the Finance Division to continue coordinating credit reviews and management of the Fed Funds program, but expanded the role to include innovating and managing the Fed Funds program as a product line and was instrumental in the creation of secured fed funds lines and the newly introduced Dual Fed Funds lines in 2019. Westphal has also established greatly improved credit controls and processes for the Fed Funds program, including providing input and leadership in the upgrade of the Bank’s Cash Management Systems. Westphal is a 1997 graduate of UW Platteville where he received his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus in finance.
