Beth Durow has recently been promoted to Chief Financial Officer at The Stephenson National Bank & Trust (SNBT).
As part of this promotion, Durow, vice president, was also welcomed to the senior management team at SNBT. She is responsible for directing recordkeeping and accounting of the bank and holding company, providing leadership, direction, and supervision for the accounting and asset/liability management areas, budget preparation, compliance, and liquidity/funding.
“Beth is very deserving of this promotion and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the senior management team,” stated Daniel J. Peterson, SNBT president and CEO. “She has been a dedicated member of our team for seventeen years and continues to take on responsibilities, which contributes to our overall success and vision of the bank. We’re proud to see her growth throughout those years and honored to have her as a part of our team,” he concluded.
Durow joined SNBT in 2002 as a customer service representative. She worked her way up through the bank and held other titles such as operations specialist, accounting officer, and controller. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from UW – Green Bay and attended the Moore School of Business Investment program. Durow also attended the WBA Bank Executives conference and participated in the Dale Carnegie High Impact Presentations trainings.
Durow also actively volunteers for many organizations in her community, including St. John Paul II Catholic Academy, YMCA Gliders Gymnastics, The Clothes Vault, and Girl Scouts of NWGL. She currently resides in Menominee with her husband and children.
