River Cities Bank is set to have a new owner by the end of the year.

Time Federal Savings Bank will acquire River Cities in the fourth quarter of this year, according to a news release issued Friday by Time Federal.

The River Cities main office is in Wisconsin Rapids and it has branch offices in Stevens Point and Baraboo. 

No offices will close and all River Cities Bank employees will be offered positions by Time Federal, according to the news release.

All together, Time Federal will have nine offices in Wisconsin. Time Federal operates out of its main office in Medford as well as in offices in Eau Claire, Marshfield, Owen, Phillips, and Wausau.
