Cornerstone Community Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Chris Zirbes to VP – Senior Commercial Lender. Zirbes has served as a commercial loan officer for Cornerstone for the past four years, and brought with him 19 years of commercial lending experience. “Chris has been successful because he really understands the financing needs of small businesses owners,” said Paul Foy, president of Cornerstone Community Bank. “He truly is an advocate for small businesses.”
“Chris has performed commendably while developing his portfolio here at Cornerstone,” added Foy. “He is an experienced community banker with outstanding people skills and expertise, which will be invaluable in his new role mentoring our junior lenders.”
Zirbes has a B.B.A. degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, and has completed studies at the Graduate School of Banking in Madison. He is involved with the Wauwatosa Mayfair Rotary, and is on the Wauwatosa Distinguished Citizen Board. Zirbes lives in Wauwatosa with his wife, Amy, and three children.
