Ixonia Bank proudly announces that it has named Thomas Lilly as its senior vice president & chief credit officer. He comes to the Bank deeply qualified with over 35 years of experience and will be responsible for overseeing credit administration, maintaining high levels of portfolio quality, directing loss mitigation and collections, and implementing loan policies and procedures.
“Tom’s extensive background in credit analysis and lending divisions of both large and smaller banks, as well as his proven track record of delivering results, make him the ideal candidate to assume this leadership position,” remarked Dan Westrope, Ixonia Bank Chairman and CEO.
Lilly grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, graduating high school there before joining the United States Air Force. After leaving the military, Lilly entered the banking industry and served in various roles throughout his career, mainly focused in the commercial credit and risk management areas. In a career that has taken him from Milwaukee to Phoenix, Arizona, to Bettendorf, Iowa, and to Santa Fe, New Mexico, Lilly has recently relocated back to his roots in the Milwaukee Metro area.

Lilly attended the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and completed certifications from the Commercial Lending School in Norman, Oklahoma, and the Consumer Lending School at the University of Wisconsin. He is looking to once again become an active member of the local community. When he was last in Wisconsin, Lilly served as a director of the American Cancer Society and as a volunteer at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin.
