Fortifi Bank announced today that Michelle Oliver has been named vice president of retail banking.
Oliver, who joined Fortifi in early 2019, most recently served as assistant vice president and market manager for the bank’s northeast Wisconsin region. Her role included management of the Green Bay branch and support for the Omro and Winneconne locations.
Oliver has over 20 years of banking experience specializing in customer service, team training, and mentoring.
“Throughout her career, Michelle has led diverse banking teams and has a deep understanding of relationship banking,” said Greg Lundberg, Fortifi Bank president. “I’m very excited to bring our client experience to a new level with Michelle’s guidance over our organization’s entire retail operations.”
When asked what drew her to Fortifi last year, Michelle credits the bank’s commitment to serving clients on an individual level and offering solutions that better their financial picture.
“Our personal bankers are some of the most caring individuals I have had the pleasure to work with,” stated Oliver. “It’s an honor to have the opportunity to serve in this position with the entire retail team.”
Oliver is based out of Fortifi’s newly constructed branch on Cormier Road in Ashwaubenon. She is active in the greater Green Bay community, particularly supporting the education and development of those with autism, domestic violence victims, and low-income communities. She also serves as a board member of the Ashwaubenon Business Association.
