Investors Community Bank, a subsidiary of County Bancorp, Inc., recently welcomed Kevin Coffeen, vice president – senior ag banking officer to its team.

Coffeen is primarily based out of the Green Bay banking center and is responsible for oversight of an agricultural banking portfolio that includes dairy, beef, grain, and other agricultural businesses. He will also focus on helping farmers navigate their way through the challenging times agriculture is now facing, providing them the correct financial tools to help them reach their goals and put their financial concerns to rest.

Coffeen is a graduate of UW-River Falls, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in agricultural business, with a minor in animal science. He joins ICB with more than 20 years of lending experience in the agricultural industry.

Coffeen is also heavily involved in agriculture outside of the bank. He owns a small farm outside of West DePere called Overland Acres, and his four children are very involved in showing cattle at local, state, and national shows. Coffeen currently serves as president of the Brown County market animal committee and is an advisor and coordinator for the Brown County Junior Holstein Breeders and Brown County State Fair Dairy and Beef exhibits. He is also part of the West DePere FFA Alumni, a member of the Wisconsin Holstein Association and the National and State Red and White Dairy cattle Association.

He resides in West DePere with his wife Peggy and four children.
