I believe strongly that ongoing education is essential to stay relevant in any business. I consider BOLT as an investment in my ongoing development and in my career.

I’ve benefited greatly from the relationships that I’ve established with the WBA, the BOLT Board, and other members. These relationships have provided me with industry contacts that enable me to learn what strategies are working with other banks. It’s also reassured me that as bankers, we’re not alone and we’re much stronger if we work together.

The ability to network with other members through the BOLT Summits has provided an enjoyable alternative to the traditional classroom-style of learning. I often leave these events feeling motivated and happy that I’ve chosen a career in banking.

BOLT has also provided me with the ability to learn more about the importance of advocacy and the impacts on our industry.
