National Exchange Bank & Trust President and Chief Operating Officer Jim Chatterton has announced numerous promotions within the Fond du Lac-based organization.
Lisa Benike – Vice President of Account Services
Lisa Benike is promoted to vice president of account services at the Fond du Lac office located on South Main Street. She will continue to be responsible for managing the day-to-day functions within the account services department including providing leadership and guidance to the fraud, ACH, checkback, and document imaging teams.
Benike joined the bank in 1994 as a Customer Service Representative. She has also held positions as a Personal Banker and Account Services Manager. Benike has continued her financial education by earning certificates in Wisconsin Bankers Association’s (WBA) Deposit Compliance and WBA’s Compliance as well as earning an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) Certificate from the Wisconsin Automated Clearing House Association, Inc. (WACHA).
Benike grew up in Campbellsport where she currently resides with her husband, Scott. She is active in the community as a part of Campbellsport Jaycees.
Betty Benedict – Mortgage Loan Officer
Betty Benedict is promoted to mortgage loan officer at the office located on West Johnson Street in Fond du Lac. She will continue to provide support to residential loan customers, secondary-market, and Home Equity Line of Credit options and consumer loans. In addition, she will work on business development.
Benedict joined the bank in 2007 and brought 24 years of banking experience with her. She has held positions as a Mortgage Loan Processor and Mortgage Loan Representative within the bank. Benedict holds an associate degree from Moraine Park Technical College.
Benedict currently resides in Fond du Lac, where she grew up.
Maeghan Greeno – Commercial Loan Officer
Maeghan Greeno is promoted to commercial loan officer at the Fond du Lac office located on South Main Street. She will continue to provide support to commercial loan customers and continue to support the senior lending team while she maintains and grows her own portfolio.
Greeno joined the bank in 2018 as a commercial lender. She grew up in St. Peter and attended Fond du Lac High School. Her and her husband, Jeffrey, currently reside in St. Peter with their two children.
Greeno is active in the community as a part of the Downtown Fond du Lac Partnership and Young Professionals of Fond du Lac (YPF).
Megan Schueller – Lending Project Officer
Megan Schueller is promoted to lending project officer. Schueller will continue to lead the appraisal review team, as well as be responsible for maintaining, implementing, and improving loan processes and procedures.
Schueller joined the bank in 2018 and brought with her eight years of banking and lending experience. She is active in the community as the current Chair of the Projects & Events Committee for YPF, a member of the Fond du Lac Morning Rotary and as a part of the Planning Committee for Envision Greater Fond du Lac’s Lemonade Day.
Schueller grew up in Markesan. She currently resides in Ripon with her husband, Chris, and their two children.
Julie Stigler – eBanking Business Officer
Julie Stigler is promoted to eBanking business officer at the Fond du Lac office located on South Main Street. She will continue to work cross-functionally within the organization to provide consultative services to business customers while continuing to expand referrals. Stigler will take an expanded role in the evaluation of new products and services, along with ongoing involvement on the business acquisition team.
Stigler joined the bank in 2015 as an eBanking business specialist. She was then promoted to eBanking business lead before becoming an officer. Stigler grew up in Oakfield where she attended Oakfield High School. She then went on to earn her bachelor’s degree in communication from Carroll University and her master’s degree in organizational leadership and quality from Marian University.
Stigler currently resides in Rosendale with her husband, Justin, and their three children. She is active in the community as a part of YPF.
