Bank of Luxemburg recently added two members to their board of directors, Lori Blackman and James Ledvina.
Blackman is the controller/human resources manager for New Tech Metals. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from Lakeland College. She also completed the Human Resources Management Certificate program at the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay. She has been named a fellow board member of the Family Business Forum and volunteers on her church council and finance committee.
Ledvina is a shareholder and attorney focused on business law and estate planning at the Law Firm of Conway, Olejniczak & Jerry, S.C. He holds a Juris doctorate from Marquette University, plus a master’s degree of accountancy with an emphasis in tax and a bachelor’s degree in business administration-accounting from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He is a certified public accountant and licensed to practice law in the state of Wisconsin.
Ledvina currently serves on the board of directors for Bellin Health Foundation, Inc., Neville Public Museum Foundation, Inc., Salvation Army of Greater Green Bay, and served as director/president for Robert J. Parins Legal Society of Northeast Wisconsin, Inc. He was honored in the Green Bay Chamber of Commerce’s Future 15 and is a graduate of their Leadership Green Bay program. Super Lawyers also named him a Rising Star.
