Kate Barth has been hired as vice president – loan operations at State Bank of Cross Plains. Barth brings nearly 25 years of experience in banking to this role.
As part of the bank’s ongoing efforts to provide the best possible customer experience, Barth will focus on developing and implementing programs and processes that improve efficiency and anticipate the way customers want to interact with their bank.

Barth is a skilled operations specialist who benefits from having worked her way up through a variety of positions within banking, from serving as a teller to preparing documents to training colleagues and optimizing operations. Her vast knowledge base lends insight into the many touchpoints – and pain points – people have at different ages and stages of their financial growth.
