One Community Bank, Oregon, is pleased to announce the promotion of Brian O’Handley to senior vice president of mortgage lending. In his role, O’Handley will continue to oversee the construction lending operation, investor relations, and business development. Along with continuing to originate home construction, refinances, and purchases.
O’Handley joined the organization in 2018, his passion for the industry is driven by his desire to help first-time homebuyers realize a life milestone, as well as work with current homeowners on improving their financial portfolio and managing a team of smart, dedicated professionals.

O’Handley has lived in Dane County since 2001 and enjoys his time raising his teenage daughter, remodeling homes, volunteering in the community, and just about every outdoor activity from camping to boating.
O’Handley is a member of Madison Area Builders Association (MABA), Realtors Association of South-Central Wisconsin (RASCW), and the Wisconsin Mortgage Bankers Association (WMBA). O’Handley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business management.
