Associated Bank Presents Thomas Bilot With 48-Year Lifetime Service Award

WBA President and CEO Rose Oswald Poels delivers the 48-year Lifetime Service Award to Thomas Bilot.

Thomas Bilot, assistant vice president, senior bank manager at Associated Bank, has been in the banking industry 48 years, as he started his career with Bank One as a vault teller when he was 19 years old. Bilot stayed with Bank One for 20 years until they were acquired by Chase Bank in 2004. He continued with Chase Bank in many capacities until 2007, when he transitioned the next phase of his career to Associated Bank.

WBA president and CEO Rose Oswald Poels was delighted to be on site to personally deliver Bilot’s plaque and thank him for his impressive work history and years of dedication to Wisconsin banking.
