Jeff Boudreau

Bank First is pleased to welcome Jeff Boudreau as vice president – retail branch operations. In his new role at Bank First, Jeff provides leadership to frontline branch teams and supports retail branch operations throughout the Bank’s Stateline Region, helping ensure an exceptional customer experience.

“We’re excited to welcome Jeff to Bank First,” said Tim McFarlane, President at Bank First. “He believes in building strong relationships, investing in his team, and supporting the communities he serves, values that are at the heart of community banking and align well with our culture. I know he’ll be a great addition to our team, and I look forward to the leadership and perspective he’ll bring to our Stateline Region as we continue helping our branch teams deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.”

Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from UW–Milwaukee and a Master of Business Administration from UW–Madison.
