Bank First Welcomes Peter Hilden as Facilities Officer

Peter Hilden

Bank First is pleased to announce the addition of Peter Hilden as Facilities Officer. He has over 20 years of experience in construction remodeling and facilities management, including owning a remodeling company, directing facilities and safety for a nonprofit, and leading maintenance and construction for a senior living community. In his new role, Peter will oversee facilities operations across Bank First’s 39 locations and serve as the primary point of contact for all facilities maintenance activities. He will work alongside Bank First facilities specialists and trusted contractors to manage routine maintenance, support facility-related projects, oversee remodel and repair initiatives, and enhance energy efficiency efforts. Peter will also provide contract management and project oversight to ensure each location remains safe, functional, and professionally maintained.

“We are excited to welcome Peter to the Bank First team,” said Robert Koehler, Building Design & Project Manager at Bank First. “His experience leading multi site operations positions us well as we continue to grow and invest in our footprint. Peter’s leadership will help ensure our facilities remain efficient, compliant, and ready to support our teams and communities.”

Peter is a member of the International Facilities Management Association. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Trinity International University and a Master of Arts degree from Dallas Theological Seminary. He is also active in the community, serving as a founding board member of Forest City Christian Co-op and as an interim preacher for Bethany Church in Loves Park, Illinois.
