Bank Five Nine is proud to contribute $1,500 to the Ascension Wisconsin Healthcare Cancer Survivorship Program’s Education Health Fair, helping individuals and families navigate life during and after cancer treatment. The contribution reinforces Bank Five Nine’s ongoing commitment to their mission of making lives better. This year’s theme of the Health Fair is The Survivorship Village: Where Healing Continues, guided by the message “walking forward with you,” celebrating life, inspiring hope, and bringing the community together for ongoing support. The event will take place on May 9, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Brookfield Conference Center. The event is free to attend; registration is not required but is encouraged.
Designed to meet survivors and their loved ones where they are, the event will feature four breakout sessions led by clinical experts, along with a villagestyle layout that allows attendees to explore resources and engage at their own pace. Participants will enjoy a light breakfast and lunch while connecting with Ascension Wisconsin teams and local community organizations offering information and guidance for all cancer types. Community resource tables will be available throughout the day, providing education, tools, and connections that help survivors continue moving forward with confidence.
“For individuals and families walking through cancer survivorship, generosity from community supporters like Bank Five Nine truly means everything,” said Kayla Kalbacken, RN, MSN, CES, Cancer Prevention/Wellness & Survivorship Nurse Program Coordinator at Ascension Wisconsin. “We are incredibly thankful for this donation. It sends a powerful message that our patients and survivors are not alone and allows us to continue offering essential services that bring comfort, guidance, and hope.”
“This donation reflects our commitment to making lives better and standing alongside the people and organizations that make our communities stronger,” said Tim Schneider, Bank Five Nine President and CEO. “We are honored to support Ascension Wisconsin Healthcare and the important work they do for cancer survivors and their families.”
