Bank Five Nine recently donated $2,500 to the ProHealth Care Foundation’s LakeWalk for Cancer, supporting local cancer services in Waukesha County. The LakeWalk for Cancer in Oconomowoc will take place on Saturday, May 4, alongside walks in Mukwonago and Waukesha. The event brings together participants from across the area to raise funds for cancer care, with all proceeds staying within Waukesha County to support patients and families. “Being part of this event is incredibly rewarding,” said Kayla Burkwald, who is helping organize the Bank Five Nine team. “It’s inspiring to see our community come together to make a difference for those impacted by cancer.”
In addition to the donation, Bank Five Nine has formed a walking team and will host a Bake Sale at each of its Oconomowoc branches on Friday, April 25th. All proceeds from the sale will benefit the ProHealth Care Foundation. Community members are encouraged to stop by, enjoy a sweet treat, and help make a meaningful impact on the lives of cancer patients in Waukesha County.
Bank Five Nine is proud to continue its long-standing tradition of supporting this important cause and helping to Make Lives Better.
