Bank Five Nine Donates to the Germantown K9 Fundraising Organization, Inc.
Bank Five Nine was honored to donate $1,000 towards a new Germantown K9 squad car.
The Germantown K9 Fundraising Organization is a non-profit dedicated to supporting the Germantown Police Department’s K9 unit and spreading awareness of the positive impact the K9 unit and GTPD have on the community. The goal is to raise funds to support two dogs, their handlers, and the specialized vehicles necessary to support a K9 operation.
“The K9 Committee is incredibly grateful for all the support from Bank Five Nine. The K-9 Unit is a valuable asset to the Germantown Police Department and helps protect our officers,” said Sue Schilter, Germantown K9 Fundraising Organization, Inc. Board President.
“When Bank Five Nine was notified of the need for new K9 vehicles we were happy to assist. These specialty squads are equipped with new features to make things a little safer for the K9s and their handlers. We are thankful for the Germantown K9 Fundraising Organization, Inc. for continuing to ‘Make Lives Better’,” said Tim Schneider, CEO and President at Bank Five Nine.
