Bank Five Nine Welcomes New Director of Human Resources

Mike Brooks, Bank Five Nine’s Director of Human Resources

Bank Five Nine is pleased to welcome Mike Brooks as the organization’s new Director of Human Resources. With nearly 30 years of experience in Human Resources, organizational development, and leadership roles, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep passion for building strong workplace cultures. Throughout his career, he has worked across a range of industries, successfully leading culture transformations, enterprise software implementations, and the development of talent strategies that align business goals with employee engagement.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Mike to Bank Five Nine,” said Tim Schneider, Bank Five Nine President and CEO. “His experience, leadership style, and passion for building strong teams make him a great fit for our culture. I’m confident he’ll help us continue to grow while keeping our people at the center of everything we do.”

“What excites me most about this role at Bank Five Nine is the opportunity to help build on the bank’s strong culture and support the organization’s continued growth and success,” said Brooks. “I’m looking forward to getting to know everyone and contributing to a workplace where people feel valued and inspired to do great work.”

Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. Together, they play in several cornhole leagues and tournaments. A lifelong fan of comics and collectibles, Mike admits to being “nerdy before it was cool” and once dreamed of being a comic book artist.

As we welcome Mike to the Bank Five Nine family, we also thank Rob Reynolds for his leadership and contributions as Director of Human Resources. We wish him all the best in his retirement.
