Her credentials include CRCM (Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager) and CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), reflecting her expertise in compliance, risk management and business analysis. These skills, combined with her people-first leadership style, have enabled Erica to lead critical projects that enhanced customer experience, streamlined internal processes and reinforced the bank’s compliance posture.
