Bank of Luxemburg Announces Staff Changes

Bank of Luxemburg is celebrating the retirement of two longtime employees on June 1. Patti Rollin, vice president of loan operations, is retiring after 42 years of dedicated service, and Jeff Mulloy, chief credit officer, is retiring after 17 years. Mike Simonds will succeed Mulloy as chief credit officer in Luxemburg.
Mulloy joined the organization in January 2009, holding roles including credit analyst, vice president of credit administration, and senior vice president of credit prior to becoming a member of the executive team.
Mulloy says he’s most proud of the relationships he has made throughout the years, and the number of people the bank has been able to help, including a recent customer who was victimized by fraudulent activity. “I’ll miss working both with the customers and my colleagues — they’re the greatest group of individuals I’ve had the pleasure to work with,” Mulloy says.
Simonds comes to Bank of Luxemburg with 12 years of banking experience, most recently with Verve, a credit union.
“I was drawn to the Bank of Luxemburg’s reputation for strong collaboration, which mirrors my own professional values,” Simonds says. “I’m most excited to foster the bank’s mission to have a positive impact on people’s lives.”
Simonds holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from UW-Whitewater and was raised in Southeast Wisconsin, now living in Greenville.
“Mike’s core strengths and experience in credit aligns well with the Bank of Luxemburg’s culture and mission,” says Darren Voigt, Bank of Luxemburg president. “We’re happy to welcome someone with Mike’s experience to fill a role held by one of our most versatile and dedicated team members. We’re grateful for Jeff’s years of service and we wish him well in retirement.”
In his free time, Simonds says his primary priority is raising his family, and he enjoys engaging in seasonal traditions such as producing maple syrup and harvesting cherries and apples. “Additionally, I enjoy woodworking and coaching my son’s hockey team,” he says.
Rollin, who is retiring after working with Bank of Luxemburg for four decades, has held various roles including teller and loan operations.
“I’m most proud of sharing my knowledge to help employees and customers throughout my career,” Rollin says. “I will miss all the great people I work with.”
“We’re grateful for Patti’s dedicated service to Bank of Luxemburg for these past four decades,” says Voigt. “She was always willing to help wherever needed, and her experience and skills went a long way to help both employees and customers throughout her career.”
Rollin plans to spend more time with family and friends, and will be gardening, golfing and vacationing.
