Bankers’ Bank is excited to announce the promotion of Jeff Niesen to executive vice president. As a member of the executive management team, he is responsible for working collaboratively to meet the bank’s strategic initiatives. Niesen has been part of the Bankers’ Bank team for more than 27 years. Throughout his tenure at the bank, he has spent time as an account rep. in the operations department, closer and loan processor, and fed funds trader and investment officer. In 2005, Niesen took on the role as correspondent banker for Wisconsin and was promoted to manager of the department in 2014. With his strong leadership skills and expertise, Niesen was promoted to senior vice president in 2015. In 2017, Niesen took over leadership of residential mortgage and bank cards. With his success in improving the performance of those areas, he was also awarded the responsibility of overseeing the wealth management team in 2021.
Niesen has a strong commitment to community banking and has been instrumental to the success of Bankers’ Bank and the bank’s customers. He is excited to continue to help grow Bankers’ Bank and ensure the success of community banks throughout the Midwest and beyond.
