Saqqara is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. The CFO will play a critical role in providing financial guidance to senior management and the board of directors, while also overseeing all financial operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the bank’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
• Foster relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory agencies.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Manage the bank’s budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures.
• Provide financial analysis and support to senior management and business units.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in financial management.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role at a bank or financial services company.
• Experience raising capital investments
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
