Ixonia Bank is seeking a Compliance Officer. This position leads, develops, implements and manages the Bank’s Compliance and AML/CFT/BSA Programs to maintain compliance with laws and regulations. Reviews bank policies and practices to ensure FDIC and other regulatory standards are met; trains and assists department Managers and staff to implement changes relative to standards; informs and advises the Board of Directors, senior leadership and department Managers of conditions and status of Bank adherence to laws and regulations. Responsible for compliance and AML/CFT(BSA) external and internal audits and exams, managing audit and exam findings, follow up, processes, procedures and documentation and required regulatory filings.
