Bank of Wisconsin Dells has a full-time deposit operations support opening on the team. If you enjoy working with customers over the phone and have high attention to detail, this role may be a fit for you. This position requires independent work, relying on resources and team members to assist with troubleshooting questions. You must ensure every transaction is processed correctly by confirming with the customer and following procedure. Those with an understanding of banking, excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills are likely to be successful. Our deposit operations support team is responsible for:
- Answering customer inquiries regarding account transactions via phone and chat
- Supporting electronic banking products including online and mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and debit cards
- Processing account transactions and changes
- Troubleshooting transaction exceptions
