Since 1891, The Peoples Community Bank has prioritized getting to know its customers and serving them well. Headquartered in Mazomanie, WI, we are an independent community bank dedicated to maintaining our local roots in southwestern Wisconsin.

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Administrator/Executive Administrative Assistant. This full-time, in-person role is based at our Mazomanie location. The successful candidate will manage various Human Resources functions and provide executive administrative support to the President and Senior Management.

Key Responsibilities:
•   Administer wage and salary functions.
•   Maintain job descriptions and organizational charts.
•   Oversee performance reviews and employee training.
•   Manage the posting of open positions, interview, and onboard new employees.
•   Administer the HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
•   Oversee employee benefits.
•   Assist the CFO with preparing packets for Board of Directors and shareholder meetings.

Qualifications:
•   Associate’s degree or equivalent education.
•   Two to three years of relevant experience preferred.
