Implementation and Support Specialist
FIPCO
FIPCO (Financial Institution Products Corporation), a wholly owned subsidiary of Wisconsin Bankers Association (WBA), is seeking a implementation and support specialist to join the team. This individual will act as software implementation liaison between new customers and FIPCO staff and be a provider of outstanding customer support. This person will also be a team player that will assist with software training duties and loan document generation. This position is in-office much of the time.
Qualifications
This person is required to:
- Have strong organizational skills and enjoyment when helping others
- Thrive on having multiple projects moving at once
- Have excellent customer service, and written and oral communication skills; including listening, phone, and documentation skills
- Possesses a keen eye for details
- Have experience in MS Windows operating environments
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Use an analytical approach to problem solving
In addition, the ideal candidate would have:
- Knowledge of the financial services industry with an emphasis on account opening and/or loan documents
- Familiarity with loan and mortgage documentation software, a plus if experience is with Compliance Concierge software
- Associate degree or equivalent knowledge/experience
