We are currently looking for an Internal Auditor/Compliance Officer to lead our compliance efforts.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
•  Regularly reviewing the bank’s policies for accuracy and current compliance with federal and state regulations
•  Oversee the coordination of the internal audit program with outside examiners and auditors
•  Develop recommendations for improving internal controls, operating efficiency and accuracy of bank records and recordkeeping
•  Prepare report findings and recommendations on all compliance and audit functions for departments and our Board of Directors
•  Prepare annual government reporting

Candidates should have:
•  A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a similar field
•  Minimum of 5-7 years of banking and/or auditing experience
•  In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience is required
•  Audit certification is desired
•  Excellent customer service skills
