Marketing Assistant

Step into a creative and collaborative role as a Marketing Assistant, where you’ll help shape the Bank of Wisconsin Dells’ brand through meaningful projects and community focused storytelling. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Marketing Director on community engagement, content creation, material design, and a wide range of administrative and project support tasks that help keep our marketing initiatives running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:
• Assist with the creation, design, and content of internal and external communications, including social media
• Perform day-to-day administrative duties including tracking, reporting, and organizing
• Coordinate ordering, delivery, storage, inventory, and distribution of marketing materials
• Assist with community outreach efforts (coordinating, volunteering, setting up, donation baskets, etc.)
What We’re Looking For:
• Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), or similar programs.
• Knowledge of video editing a plus.
