BWD is excited to welcome a friendly, customer focused individual to our team as a Personal Banker! Our Personal Bankers play a key role in creating positive experiences for our customers. In this role, you’ll build meaningful connections as you assist customers with opening accounts, provide product guidance, and support their ongoing banking needs. If you enjoy helping others and delivering exceptional customer service, this is a great opportunity. This position is based out of our Lake Delton Branch.

What You’ll Do:
• Recommend appropriate products and services to enhance customer relationships
• Assist customers with a variety of banking needs
• Open accounts and perform account maintenance
• Provide account advice including product suggestions, account research, and other information

What We’re Looking For:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work cohesively with multiple departments
• Must have a high level of patience and empathy
• Previous banking experience
