The Wisconsin Bankers Association (WBA) is seeking a qualified receptionist and administrative assistant to join their team in Madison!

This person provides front desk receptionist support as well as administrative support for the Executive team and the government relations department, including handling all the administrative duties related to the Association’s political action accounts. In addition, this person performs certain other office support to the organization.


  • This person is required to have:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail with strong writing and proof reading skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products and experience with databases
  • Strong communication skills via phone, email and in person
  • Positive ability to interact professionally with staff, Board members, bankers and vendors
  • Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Strong multi-tasking skills

In addition, the ideal candidate would have:

  • 2–3 years of administrative assistant experience
  • Experience administering political action accounts
  • Trade association experience
