Northwestern Bank, a prominent and growing community bank serving west-central Wisconsin and beyond, is currently seeking a senior commercial lending officer. NB has been a proud member of the greater Chippewa Valley area since 1904 and currently has branches in Chippewa Falls, River Prairie, Lafayette, Cornell, Thorp, and Boyd. This position will be scheduled to work out of either our Chippewa Falls or River Prairie office.

The ideal candidate for this position will:

• Have 7+ years commercial lending experience
• Be experienced in structuring large complex commercial loans
• Have a history of building and maintaining relationships with customers who have more than $3 million in overall financing needs
• Have previous supervisory, coaching, and mentoring experience
• Have a strong credit background
• Have a desire to grow within our bank, potentially up to a senior management level position
• Work with lending team to achieve annual loan growth goals
• Have strong communication skills, specifically working with clients and lending team
