This person will act as a software trainer and provide guidance and outstanding software support to advance our customers’ daily operations. This person will be a team player who will complete various software training and support duties and serve as backup for loan document generation. This position is fully onsite with some overnight travel required.

Qualifications 

 This person is required to have: 

  •  Minimum 2 years banking operations experience, preferably loan processing, 2nd market, deposit account opening, and related banking compliance knowledge 
  • Enjoys teaching/training others on an individual, small and large groups basis about software programs, applications and banking 
  • Has the ability to describe solutions to banking and software questions in a way that a nontechnical person can understand 
  • Has strong listening skills with the ability to understand the problems that customers are describing, know when to ask questions to clarify the situation and use an analytical approach to problem solving 
  • Possesses solid writing skills to assist in the creation and writing of training documents and resources for all software products. 
  • Has strong organizational skills and enjoys helping others 
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude, patience, and empathy 
  • Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment  
  • Ability to multi-task 
  • Possesses a keen eye for details 
  • Has experience in MS Windows operating environments 

In addition, the ideal candidate would have: 

  • Familiarity with consumer, commercial, ag, mortgage and 2nd market loan origination software 
  • Familiarity or experience with Compliance Concierge software 
  • Experience with Cvent, Webex, Zendesk, and video software/applications 
  • Associate degree or equivalent knowledge/experience 
  • Supervisor or project management experience
